SEASON 1: 2005 - 2009

Impero Group | Copywriter

Fresh out of college, my first arena was the fast-paced world of IMPERO Group, an entertainment-based communications group of companies.

I stepped in as a writer tasked with a massive challenge: finding a genuine human heartbeat inside the cold, complex corporate briefs from giants like Telkomsel, Bank Mandiri, and Esia.

I quickly learned that brilliant copy doesn't happen in a vacuum, so I aligned closely with my creative squad to drop the stiff jargon and craft fearless, human-centered stories.

By trusting our collective instinct, we cracked the code, winning high-stakes boardroom battles and launching iconic campaigns for Pizza Marzano, Foton Trucks of Indomobil, and the Jakarta Great Sale. This foundational chapter taught me that while a good script opens the door, it’s the team's shared vision that actually wins the game.

SEASON 2: 2009 - 2012

Unlimited | Concept Planner

The rules of the game completely changed when I joined this squad. I was no longer just filling pages with words; the new mission was to team up and build immersive, physical brand experiences entirely from scratch.

The stakes skyrocketed as our squad faced off against highly conservative expectations from massive players like Pertamina, Allianz, and the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).

Instead of settling for standard event templates, we collaborated to blend cultural relevance with interactive technology, dragging wild, abstract ideas into reality.

Pushing these boundaries together paid off brilliantly, helping us secure major wins for AMWAY, Bank Permata, and Manulife, and proving that a daring squad can rewrite the industry playbook.

SEASON 3: 2012 - 2013

Iris Worldwide Indonesia | Associate Activation Manager

By this Season, the game moved from the brainstorming room straight out to the front lines.

At Iris Worldwide Indonesia, my new mission was to turn brilliant blueprints into flawless physical realities. The challenge wasn't just about setting up stages anymore; it was about connecting the offline action with the online world.

Teaming up with a cross-functional squad, we mapped out smooth customer journeys that brought campaigns to life for brands like BTPN and Johnnie Walker.

Working shoulder-to-shoulder with different departments, we learned how to balance raw creativity with sharp ground tactics. This intense teamwork became our ultimate weapon in the pitch room, helping us secure massive victories for heavyweights like Shell Advance, Bank Mandiri, UD Trucks, Megaxus, PWFI, and Bear Brand.

This Season taught me a harsh but valuable lesson: an idea is only as good as its execution, and having a solid squad on the ground is the only way to make it happen.

SEASON 4: 2013 - 2014

Sniper Asia | Account & Creative Supervisor

This Season introduced a completely new twist to the game: playing a dual role.

Moving to Sniper Asia, my mission was to become the ultimate bridge between two very different worlds. I had to balance the wild, boundary-pushing ideas of our creative squad with the strict business targets of our clients.

It wasn't just about dreaming up immersive brand experiences anymore; it was about nurturing client trust and proving that our bold ideas actually made financial sense.

Operating in this sweet spot, I worked closely with the squad to manage top-tier heavyweights like Bank Mandiri, BII Maybank, and Paseo Tissue.

By learning to speak both "creative" and "business," I successfully led the squad to secure key pitches for Brands Essence of Chicken and Artajasa.

This season proved that you don't have to choose between being a visionary and a pragmatic operator; when you align the agency squad with the client's goals, you can deliver campaigns that are creatively brilliant and commercially undeniable.

SEASON 5: 2014 - 2018

Absolute | Creative Planner/Head of Creative

In Season 5, I stepped into Absolute as a Creative Planner, but the mission quickly became much bigger than just pitching decks.

I saw an opportunity to inject a distinct heartbeat into the agency. Working side-by-side with a talented squad, I became the driving force in shaping a bold new creative character for the company; a culture that sparked our exponential growth and still serves as the agency's DNA today. This relentless momentum earned me a promotion as Head of Creative.

From the top, I guided the squad to fuse my original storytelling roots with cutting-edge tech, building massive, emotional brand spectacles for giants like Chevrolet, Hino, and Herbalife.

Backed by our newly forged creative identity, we dominated high-stakes pitches to secure heavyweights like TATA Motors, Hytera, AAJI, and The Nature Conservancy.

This season proved that when you build a strong creative culture and empower your squad, you don't just run successful campaigns—you transform the entire company.

SEASON 6: 2019 - NOW

Freelance | Creative

In early 2019, I made the fearless choice to leave the agency life and step into the wild as an independent operative.

Free from corporate borders, my new mission is to parachute into different squads, collaborating with a diverse range of creative agencies, event organizers, and production houses exactly when they need a strategic breakthrough.

Acting as a creative hired gun, I have teamed up with these varied crews to drive massive wins for global and local heavyweights like Coca-Cola, Oppo, Pertamina, LG, Sanofi, Bank Mandiri-Taspen, and Astra Financial.

My core weapon in this ongoing season is the Offline-to-Online (O2O) creative approach. By seamlessly stitching together traditional on-ground events with modern digital innovations, we craft immersive, full-journey brand experiences that actually capture the audience's attention.
